Strange isn't it? A bloke from Bangkok rang me and bought that Escort Cabbie over the phone, his mate then drove down from Liverpool to pick it up! :eek:

Yes, the bloke bought my Escort Cabriolet sight unseen - but we did have a long chat on the phone, he asked all the right questions, I sent him photos all around the car and discussed any areas of concern that I had with it.

Being totally honest won him over and he was really pleased when his car dealer mate had a look over it for him, when it arrived in Liverpool.

hes seen the photos read what you said and listened to what I told him, hes happy with that :)

if its as stated im 100% sure he will have it, as its burning a hole, and I think hes getting sick of looking.

I understand, and it is the best you will find at the price (IMHO) ..... but, the problem is, I found the other MX5 I wanted in Xmas week - I'm pretty sure it will not be available anymore and I would only sell if I had that one to buy (and, as Matt has found out - its hard to find good MK1's nowadays)
