What BHP on standard internals

As above what could I run safely on a MY93 JDM WRX with a uprated fuel pump and reg, decat, cold air feed to OEM air box with resonator removed, Jap Innovations Plenum pipe and Samco IC hoses

Johnny Gav has managed well over 400bhp on standard WRX internals and a Alan G and John banks have got over 400 on UK internals too and a few others (myself included) are just under this.

So 400 is very achievable on the standard block providing that you do it right.

The mods you list put you nowhere near this, so the last thing you want to look at is internals.

You have no mention of a knockilnk or any way of controlling your boost, so these are areas to look at.

Being as you are on a WRx, I'd be looking at running octane booster if you don't already.
