Very tempting, especially as my iiyama vision master pro 450 appears to be dying slowly :(

Hmmmmm.... 19" or 22"? :D

Amazing how Aria have expanded over the last few years. Great bunch of fellas at their HQ. Buy 90% of all my computer bits from them :)

Their TFT prices seem pretty good, anyone got one? Any good?

BlkKnight 01 February 2005 11:06 AM

I've got the 17" arianet premium 16ms refresh jobbie - it's great

Hanslow 01 February 2005 11:34 AM

What's it like for games (if you play (m)any)?

BlkKnight 01 February 2005 12:09 PM

I Play mainly 1st person and not seen any ghosting or blurring.

I get a tiny bit of corruption if i set refresh rate to max - but at 70hz it's good

Thanks for the link... decided to treat myself to one of the 19" TFT's. :D

Fingers crossed the 16ms works out OK for games, etc... reviews on the net seem to indicate so.

I've got both the 16ms and the 14ms, barely any diffrence and they play games fine at 1280 resolution.

Great :D

Can't wait.

Cracking service so far from them by the way... placed the order about 13:00 today, and have an email sent at 14:01 sayng my order had been processed and was ready for dispatch. Hoopefully Citylink will do there bit, and it will arrive at the office pretty sharpish.

Ordered one as well. Unfortunately was tempted to order other things as well :/

Ordered at about 2pm, status still 'Processing' though, so no toys for me tomorrow :-(

Update.... ordered yesterday at 13:00 as stated above, delivered to work at 11:45 this morning. Now happily up and running. Impressed so far... will try some games later and see how it handles them.

Had 2 of the 14ms 17" TFT specials delivered today.
Wasn't impressed to start with as there was a lot of ghosting, despite fiddling with the settings- but a 6 hour "running in" period seems to have made the problem go away.

Thanks for the link.

Finally got my 19", problem was with CC security check, held things up :/

Not bad for £230, fine for HL2 :-)

ScoobyJawa 07 February 2005 10:55 AM

199 delivered for the Digimate 1916 on Amazon :D Bit longer for delivery, but I'm in no rush! AFAIK that is the screen Aria were selling on their Specials....?
