You're soooo GAY!!!
|
I think children should be not allowed to speak to other children and forced to live in perspex boxes all the time. Would eliminate so many of these new fresh pressing problems labour have found to deal with. anyway- calling someone a dicksplash was more severe |
It's his house !! ;):D
|
When kids call other kids "gay" it's well funny. It's just kids being kids - better that then them going around with their big brova's doing draarv-baarrzzz (drive-bys)
|
I call mates mates Gay or a Bender all the time. I admit it's not very PC but between a group of mates it's just banter.
|
I've a mate who teaches.
he regularly tells me the kids refer to owt they don't like as "gay". So you have gay tests, gay homework, gay paper, gay exercise books, gay lessons, gay detentions, gay punishments, etc etc. If only Labour actually knew what was going on in schools! Alcazar:D |
This is not a new problem.
Kids were calling each other benny, poofter, gaylord etc in the 70's and 80's. |
Its true, I was at high school 85-91 and key playground insults included 'gay', 'gaylord', 'queer', 'puff', 'faggott', etc.... And I still use them amongst friends to this day - even when out in public... :)
Now on the cinema there's a Gaylord Fokker... class!! :D :D |
I think in that report they're missing the point of the "saying" and just picking up on real bullying. Me and my mates call things and each other gay (and we're in our mid 20's), but we are not actually calling each other gay. For example "That film was gay" = "That was a bad film", "neck that sambuca down you gay" = "drink the sambuca you wimp" and "those wheels are gay" = “I dislike those alloy wheels".
Oh and BTW, no we are not chav's:D |

If Man Utd beat Arsenal tomorrow by cheating again it will be very gay.
|
got to move with the times people.
gay is used because gay is bad...thats the context. no one not gay wants to be gay so the term is negative. its like calling someone a spastic paki? that ok? |
yup :D

“I dislike those alloy wheels". |
you're all gay!
|
Has anyone ever heard a woman call something 'gay'? It just wouldn't sound right, would it?
Hmm.... maybe it's because they occasionally have "tendencies"! :norty: |

Jeez I'm old. Gay used to be the polite/correct thing to say rather than the other choice language we used to use.
Alas |
so gay is the new puff?
seriously though,it can't be easy for teachers |
The Word Gay - "Good As You", From the late 60's so I'm led to believe , Big put down LOL :D.
GAP the cloths shops "Gay and Proud" all these chavs calling each other Gay are probably wearing GAP. You only need four swear words F*ck Sh*t P*ss Bollocks These are your staple swear words, food and drink if you will :D:D All four can be used in many ways for many occassions ;) |
So GAP is now Chav??? Blimey, there goes half my wardrobe :D

New Labour are gay.. thats what it comes down to!
That article brought back old funny memories of the school days! "errr... you dropped your gay card!!" hehe what a crack up! |

I knew he was married as I met her in Crowthorne before they tied the knot, I have spoken to him once or twice in the last 5 years, give him my email address will ya. Cheers Steve |
That will be the next thing from our Nanny Government. New laws to prohibit you from calling someone a name, just in case they get upset and commit suicide. How Gay.
If Labour really want to do something about the numbers of f*cked up kids in our Schools, may be they should do something about a benefits system that incentivises single parenthood and teenage pregnancies. |
