Counter Strike Source and Stream

Hi,

trying to play mate at CSS but as he's in uni halls they've somehow blocked stream ports, so it's impossible for him to start the game ! Is there a way he can still connect to my CSS server or even change his stream ports - anything so I can kick butt ?! :)
