What PS2 games are you playing online with?
 

Just wondered if anyone uses the online facility with their PS2 and if they do what they play?

My Xbox is unable to go on Live anymore and not looked on xlink kai or whatever it is and thought about connecting the PS2 back up as its free and I have the connector.

I'd be up for a few games on the PS2 online depending what your playing...

Your joking, have you been on line and played SOCOM US Navy Seals 1 or 2? When I played them they were bloody manic and gave up after a while as you needed a few mates to work together with to survive - would be a right laugh with a few people off here playing online.

My PS2 is still under my TV but I've never bothered to get a network unit for it. I'm happy playing all the stuff on Xbox live really. I would have bought it if GT4 was online :rolleyes:

I have got a PS2 and now that I have just got broadband (yeah, i know, technology had passed me by :)) i am keen to try online gaming too. What hardware would I need to buy to enable the connection, and does it cost?

Bit harsh there RB5.....WRC4 online is pretty manic and busy, Toca 2 is also v.good, Killzone is another top title but the daddy is GT4 on kai-link. Major difference between the 2 is the communicator on the xbox which lets you chat/hurl abuse/praise. Not played Xbox in months it is just gathering dust under the tele but when GTR comes out, damn krauts, the Xbox will probably sneak its way back in

How many players can race head to head on GT4 or WRC4 in any one race?

WRC4 and THUG2

WRC4, kids play Tony Hawks Underground 2, NFS2 Fifa 2004/5 on own PS2 at the same time.

Local network testing have had 8 running without lag in Japan, i have only experienced a 4 player race against 1 UK and 2 US players. WRC 4 has a max of 16 on one stage at one time

Thanks, looks like might have to plug the PS2 back into the network and try out WRC4
