Who fancies a Lincolnshire meet??
 

I moved from Sussex to Lincolnshire 3 weeks ago & as far as I can see the nearest meet to me in Gainsborough is in Chesterfield or Sheffield.

If anyone from around this way thinks organising a meet would be a good idea then could you put your name down so that I can guage interest. Also any pub/meeting place suggestions would be greatly appreciated so that I can do some thorough investigating as I don't know the area at all yet :D:D.

I'm not sure on what dates the other meets around here are and I don't want to clash with any so suggestions on dates would be great i.e evenings, weekends (Sat or Sun) & whether it should be the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th of the month :).

Okay so i'll do a bit of research whilst i'm driving around tomorrow. I'll see if I can find some pubs with big carparks & see if I can speak to the landlord/lady :)

Can anyone give me the dates of the other meets around this way so that hopefully I can recruit some of the Chesterfield/Sheffield lot without clashing with their local meets. I think there's a Chesterfield meet on the 30th if i'm not mistaken but not sure if it's a regular "last Sunday of the month" thing?

I would be up for a monthly meet.

I frequent Scunny, so not too far away. I used to ..long time ago frequent the lincol meet, but my SIDC comittments keep me too busy.

This year I want to attend more meets.

Especialy with the new motor.

Can't attend any just yet though as the motor is still in "Project Mode".

Twas only an hour down the road :). Yeah nice to see you all & finally meet some people up this way. We've been a bit house-bound for the last month decorating & stuff so it was nice to get out at last :)
