towing trailers & driving licences
OK retard mode on am i reading this:
http://www.dvla.gov.uk/drivers/dl_towing_trailers.htm correctly in that with my standard Uk driving license with cat B on it i can drive a car/van/wotever towing a trailer etc provided it doesn't weigh over 3.5 tn &/or the trailer isn't more than towing vehicle? Looks that way but even that aside where can you do lesson in driving with trailers & doing tests & thus getting additional categories added to your licence etc? (/retard mode offhttp://instagiber.net/smiliesdotcom/...owned/dork.gif) i thank you...... Si |
Yep thats right!
Oh and beware the trailer test is as hard if not harder than the car test! Comper100 |

Try yell.com to find a driving instructor and then ask if they do trailer training. You will probably find your local testing station will be able to give you a few pointers!
