What sort of holiday?

My kids, now 18 and 15, enjoyed our camping holidays in France on medium sized campsites with plenty to do: swimming pool, bathable river, canoeing, pony trekking, cycling, and something during the evenings for teens, (not that relevant to yours at the mo).

The main requisite was enough other English speaking kids to befriend. (And remeber that 90% of Dutch kids speak good English from age 12/13).

You don't need to actually "camp" either, many French campsites hire out mobile homes, where all you need is your own sheets, or super tents with proper beds.

Try a search on 't internet: areas like the Dordogne, Vaucluse, Provence maritime, Vendee, Charente maritime, Herault, and Var tend to be popular with other brits. Driving down France is easy too, even in high season. And great if you have a Scoob!
