RED TOP NO LONGER RED!!

Hello chaps i was wondering if there was a spray/paint?? or something which i can make my red top engine red again?? its flakeing , thanks

flacky paint

its a bitch to see all the lovely red paint come off,even worse when i tryed to clean engine with degreaser and it got 10 times worse
