I recently bought a S6R secondhand off here, rang Snooper on the day to register it and got asked where I bought it from so told them, and whilst I was at it, I set up the direct debit for the updates. Seeing as I bought the unit second hand I was expecting a DD to be requested this month, just recieved a letter from Snooper this morning, checking the DD details and telling me my first DD will be collected in June!! Result, I get 6 months free subsriptions :D Top job Snooper :D

They have always been very fair and helpful to me as well :)
