Tyre tread 5-6mm - how many miles left?

Have tyres with 5-6 mm left on the tread - how many miles roughly are left on these.

Bridgestone rubber.

2000 / 3000 Depends how you drive I suppose. Not much in anycase. Daz

I'm glad I'm not paying your tyre bill! Most new performance tyres only start with 7mm tread!

I'd have said 6000 miles.
