22b brakes

Hi. A set of calipers, apparently from a 22b have come up for sale on ebay. Any idea if the differ from v6 type r calipers? Bigger discs?

Any advice much appreciated.

They're the same thing, same caliper and disc!! just red cos they're off a 22b!!
