Someone's nicked my (BMW!) wheels

Was really pleased to have neighbours knocking on my door at 7pm on the 23rd saying they' d seen someone running off with my (uncurbed) BMW 18" M Spoke alloys.

The pond life obviously had the key or some useful tool for getting around it and since the theft everyone has told me BMW locking nuts are not effective.

Any options....... I'm already looking at 4 different locking nuts from a range of suppliers. Must I get McGard?

Only 400 squids for each new wheel......................................

Views and supportive noises welcome ( especially as I turned down the victim support.

7pm  that's not exactly late  I'm suprised that they nicked the wheels so early while people were about and 18" wheels aren't exactly light

The newer style McGards with the spinner are the best; Id advise getting 2 sets also to prevent working the single remaining nut off.

Total ****ter btw.
