martyrobertsdj 26 December 2004 09:55 AM

Hello from The Bay Of Biscay!!!!!

While you lot are sitting at home enjoying your Christmas & Boxing Day, I'm out here in 8 to 10 metre seas, rolling about like a rolling about thing!!!!

Slowly in transit to Las Palmas and then on to the Ivory Coast for a couple of weeks. Work you understand....not holidays!!!!

My Scoob is (hopefully) sitting at home on the drive, only being driven by my Mrs if "the weather's bad". It's better in the snow than her Micra!!

Don't worry, I set the lowest boost setting on my Blitz Spec S to lower than standard and left it switched to that when I left. I wonder if she knows how to change it????

Hope you've all had a good Chrimbo and hope you enjoy the rest of the holiday season. See you at the TTS meet in Feb'

Marty

STi Paul 26 December 2004 11:20 AM

Micky, thats the same as the one I got. :p :p

Paul.

STi Paul 26 December 2004 11:24 AM

What a good start to Boxing day.
Got up, watched Gone in 60 Seconds, the original 1974 H.B. Halicki film, (pressie), not the watered down, glammed-up latter day version. Brill

Hi Martin,
Didn't you sit on santa's knee and ask nicely, give him your best smile, then hand over the wish list properly then???????? :cuckoo: :cuckoo:

Alternatively buy them yourself :norty: , wrap them up, and send them to yourself :norty: :norty:

OR is the Mrs fed up with all the attention you lavish on your new :luvlove: "friend" :luvlove:

Paul

Ninnybobs 26 December 2004 03:43 PM

HI Paul,

I think it was my new 'friend' that caused me not to get any prezzies in the first place.

Santa only brings presents to good girls and boys !!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be going and buying everything I want myself. (Including the lightened flywheel)

Hows the downpipe?

Martin

STi Paul 26 December 2004 03:51 PM

Martin, it will be ok when I get the bolts.

Male side of the family says :notworthy :notworthy its GREAT

The female side  :ponder2: :nono:
it's to loud, well I was on the red line blasting past them.
Personaly I can't here much difference :thumb: . Will have to get ears cleaned LOL :Whatever_

lordharding 26 December 2004 10:00 PM

So Mrs ninnybobs didnt like your <friend> :D:D

on my next consignment on the boat from overseas i could fetch a fillipino house boy for her (with TTS special group buy price of course)

that would keep her so busy she might not care about Ninnybobs mansion developing into a scooby warehouse . :D:D:

Ninnybobs 27 December 2004 02:42 PM

Lord Harding,

What are the chances of finding a Fillipino Houseboy who is a timeserved Subaru mechanic? Thats what I call 'killing two birds with one stone'!!!!!!!!!!

Price?

Martin

GraemeR 27 December 2004 08:26 PM

That Santa Claus is a very understanding chap.
Can't wait to c what he fits on his sleigh for me next year(maybe a new gearbox?)

Ninnybobs 28 December 2004 10:38 PM

No Bl@@dy wonder I got 'sod all' for Crimbo.

Santa obviously travels from the North, southbound and all the good presents had been dropped off around the Nerwcastle/Durham areas.

He only had Nuts and Chocolate left by the time he reached Middlesbrough.

Seeya soon

Martin

SCD Simon 28 December 2004 11:36 PM

Martin
You are wrong M8 as i got nowt
Of course that could be the result of me being a bad boy :D
Note to self: must get to more meets next year :)
On the extension front the good news is it's almost complete and the bad news is i can hardly afford Optimax for the mota anymore
