2003 THREAD UPDATE - (Advice on Calming First Date Nerves)

For anyone that remembers or contributed to the above thread ......

Well it all obviously worked out ok.......We fly off on Boxing Day to New Zealand to marry in a Vin Yard just outside Auckland, on the 6th of January.

Will post some pics when we get back at the very end of January :D

Thanks guys .....

We both cannot wait, her only restriction is that I am not allowed to go mountain biking on the morning of the wedding....don't know if that's just in case I injure myself or in case I cycle away to the other end of the North Island and hide ;)

How will I cope being away from work for 5 1/2 weeks :D:D

sure you'll cope very well !

we got married in Kenya in the summer but only had 3 weeks there and it was not enough !

5½ sounds much better :D :D

lol yeah seems so long ago now ! need another holiday.

its the best though.....have to recommend it over this country to anyone - just so different somewhere else with good weather !!

you'll have such a gr8 time.

get loads of pics and a video. we did not initially bother with a video but luckily got talking to another couple out with us who got married in the UK and then flew to kenya for their honeymoon. so they did us a video and it came out great. bout 50 mins and was really good quality and free !!

Seems weird having to take the Christmas tree down today :( as we won't be back until the end of January :D
