clutch advice buying/fitting

i need a new clutch as mine is slipping in 4th and 5th quite bad now. i dont have mega amounts of cash so whats the cheapish yet strongest to take about 310bhp and 280lbs

would it be a good idea to get a new flywheel as well or will mine be ok its done 115k.

how much am i looking at to get one fitted time wise so i no a rough cost, and are there any special tools needed to do the job as my mate works for audi and he said he could do it

i have a exedy clutch and my car runs 300+bhp and that works fine i can launch it off the line spinning all 4 wheels if i want

think they usually cost about £350 but i got mine off ebay for 200ish lol

wen i did the clutch on my impreza the only special tool i needed was one which lines the clutch up. i used a universal one which i got from halfords but you mate will know what im on about
