Moving to Australia?

My cousin has recently moved to Melbourne and carried on his job with the same company. For anyone else you have to been a required profession  is that right?

If so what do you have to be in to be granted to live there indefinately?

Anyone help?

Matt

Go to the Australian Consulate site & you can download pdf documents which will answer all your questions ;)

The rules changed recently - roughly, you just need a big wedge of cash to sit in an Oz bank account for 2 years. There's no concept of points scoring or required professions any more ... well, for Western Australia at any rate!

Big wedge as in £??????

Equally though the NT are much easier to get into so if you fancy some time in the outback before moving to the coast......
