Speed Detectors banned?
Maybe I'm behind the times but does everyone else know that in the Road safety bill currently being discussed, it says "“speed assessment equipment detection device” means a device the purpose, or one of the purposes, of which is to detect, or interfere with the operation of, equipment used to assess the speed of motor vehicles.”
Using such a device will be a criminal offense. More Info here (down at section 17): http://www.publications.parliament.u...-23.html#j8001 Unless I'm mistaken, this is the bill as approved by the RAC |
Yep old news now, do a search for more info
