Suspension alignment within UK spec

Hi
I have heard that setting the suspension up to Prodrive settings is a good mod.
But also that it is outside the guidelines specified by Subaru UK
( But not Subaru itself)
If you stayed within Subaru UK described specs how much of an improvement could you get. If so any idea what sort of settings to go for

Thanks
Guy

Im having a set of eibachs fitted this week and asked subaru main dealer today about doing the geometry settings and 4 wheel alignment,he said to get the camber settings from eibach and they will do it for me,i asked about what different settings they do and he said just to standard spec. Oh and its 60+vat for it.

if you get the prodrive springs fitted it comes with a sheet telling you what to get it set to
