Help me spend!!

Now I have dropped my Health Club Membership I have about £100 a month to spend ( waste of time adding it to the £2500 a month I can't spend anyway! :( )

So, suggestions .............. SKY? at £45 a month maybe?

What can I buy for £100 a month on Interest Free Credit? Would that get a nice 36" CRT Tele? Which one?

I have no idea what to do with it ....................... HELP!!

And no smart 4rse say, "Join a Gym!" ;)

Alternatively, I could view it as a £2000 pay rise? Gym fees + 40% Tax!

So, Mr Lewis - Canons would like to award you a 2.5% Pay Rise and shoot themselves in the foot at the same time!

Peter, I'm still awaiting an acceptable response to my post in your previous "help me to procrastinate" thread...

UNLESS his time is worth sod all of course.....

Hmmmmmmmm, now, let me see - acceptable response?? How about 'Go Shove Yourself'! :D ;) Acceptable enough for you?? :D

BUPA seems a good choice, but at 76 the premiums are really quite high!

Lenses ..... yes, good idea - BUT 'L' Lenses are £1000! and can you see a difference?? NO!

My problem is that I am not influenced by any advert, any person, any fashion, any hype ................... I'm cleverer than your average punter and therefore buy the best in VALUE! (not the cheapest, just the best for less!)

Keep the ideas coming - the charities will get an increase, thats a top idea.

I own 2 of the best cars you can own - Impreza for the wet stuff - MX5 for the sun!

I have been offered a Jaguar XK8 in Red with Tan Leather for £15,000 and am sorely, sorely, sorely tempted!! My wallet is itching away!

Pete

yoza 17 December 2004 08:25 PM

But it has BIG numbers, thats why I picked it for you.

I did look for braille watches but found nowt...:)

skiddus_markus 17 December 2004 08:29 PM

Stanair stair lift/subscription to "The People's Friend"/tartan blanket for parcel shelf/flat cap/any Rover/shedloads of Sanatogen;).

Do you have any family you could set up a savings account for?

£100 a month would pay for a trackday every 2 or 3 months.

Flying lessons.

Gav 17 December 2004 08:33 PM

Or you could buy a proper Breitling like the Montbrilliant Datora, the only Breitling to have;)

Gav..
