Panto season! Who's going?
Probably whoever's got young kids...
Saw an advert on the train this moring for Arré Potter, and realise that here we don't have the great British tradition of cross dressing and crap jokes that is panto. Butt-clenchingly bad it may be, but like fox-hunting and separate hot and cold taps, it's a true British institution. Who's goin, erm, being forced to go to one this year? |
Panto season! BB:) |

Went to see Jack and Beanstalk in Swansea on Wednesday. My 3 yea old got very into it and I started nodding off towards to end. Gary Beadle was in it (Paul from Eastenders) so you can assume Paul is going to be out of the Square pretty soon.
Anyone catch that wee jimmy Krankie fell off the stalk in the performance in Scotland? I'm sure many jokes will spring up but by all accounts it was quite serious. |
Great British tradition, the children love it, and so do I :)

Yep....we're all going to Sleeping Beauty in Norwich.......great fun last year!

Must admit I would have paid to see the beanstalk collapse one. She was evidently at the top when it collapsed, she fell and then the rest of it fell on top of her. She's stable in hospital.
Look out behind you:eek: Alas |
