Random Christmas cards
 

In the last 2 days we've had 2 Christmas cards addressed to other people but at our address :confused:

The first was for Hayley and Carl and the second for someone called Colin.

I could understand it if we'd only just moved here, but we've been here 6 years and the previous guy (who wasn't Carl or Colin but may have been Hayley at the weekend) was here for about 10 years.

We've put them up in the window, just the same ;)

Got one off my Local Car-Hi-Fi centre...

Was addressed to me though
Shows how much I've spent in there over the years. :o

Got one from Cydive a diving company in Cyprus, signed by every instructor there(We spent quite a few days diving with them). Yet the postmark was from Portsmouth. :freak3:

Got one from the courier company we use. Not addressed to anyone inside or outside the card. Not signed by anyone. Only know it's from them because it was delivered by their van.

It's the personal touches that count :D

Those kind of cards I can understand, but ours were to someone we've never heard of and from people we don't know but with our address on them ;)

Damn - so Hayley and Carl don't live there any more ........ you'd thi nk they would have let me know ....

Ahh Christmas - the time for sending cards to people you haven't spoken to for years. People who's address you have scribbled down on a dirty post-it somewhere, but you think you can read it! ;)

They're probably highly offended that Colin, Carl & Hayley haven't sent them a card back. :D

I got one today addressed to someone who I've never heard of. I still get the occasional bit of junk mail for the previous owner, after 3 years, but this was a different name. Very odd..

Did I mention that they're the only Xmas cards we've been sent? :cry:

Well, it's 1 year on, almost to the day, and Hayley and Carl have been sent another Christmas card while we still have none. :(

Can you send the Hayley and Carl one to me? Somebody must have got the wrong address.

Recieved one from Egg today along with wrapping paper and labels :cuckoo:
