Spooks - last nights episode
 

I had to say I thought that last episode was one of the most stunning bits of TV drama I've seen in a long time.

You get drawn into a programme, but I've never felt so much adrenalin watching a TV drama before - the only ones that could compare were the Messiah dramas.

I did enjoy it, very good TV.

Well they have managed to kill off or remove most of the original cast, I wonder what's in store for next year.

Excellent programme, very well acted as well. Sorry we have lost that chap for the next series though.

Not bad episode at all although IMHO the last episode of series 1 was the best so far -

"It's ok, I know about computers, this one has a hard drive and a battery and a clock. And it's even got the wrong time, look, it says its 00:30... 29... 28..." :D

I generally enjoyed the series but I did raise a cheer when that Al Qaeda bloke offed the black character who really got up my nose with his constant soul searching.

If they're replacing the characters I'd vote for a hard nosed barsteward to take over the black bloke's role and some decent totty as well.

They should get Henno from Ultimate Force :D

Got to say I really like spooks but this rush to kill off the original crew is a bit much IMHO. Adam goes first and replaced by a carbon copy (more or less anyway), Zoe is next and pushes off with the BF and now Danny gets shot.

I watched it but I think prefer 24.

Stunning, gripping, intense. Fantastic script, superbly acted and worth chunks of the license fee all by itself!

Loved every episode of this excellent series. Sad to see danny go, but like has been said b4, he was turning into a whingeing bugger :)
Not much blood on the floor considering they shot him in the head though!
Looks to me like mi5 is slowly being taken over by mi6 anyway, with adam and his missus there, and that asian guy coming over in the last episode last night :(
Hope ruth recovers from the trauma, as I really like her character.

Alas I have to wait a while before seeing season 3 over here. About halfway through re-runs of S2 and I think it'll be out on DVD soon over here (have got R1 of S1).

Must say I love the series, very well made. I agree about the adreneline pumping nature of it and echo Rich's comment about the clifhanger of S1, was sitting there on edge of seat wanting more. Exactly how tv should be, none of these **** reality tv shows

I am certainly looking forward to the next series.

yep, have to agree, I thought the final episode was one of the best. Agree about Danny though, I saw the BBC3 program later that night & it sounds like they got some good plans a foot. Roll on 2005, we get Ultimate Force back then as well. :)
