I had two lamb shanks in gravy with roast potatoes and veg, all in a foil tin from Marks and Spencers.
All I needed to add was mint jelly and a bottle of KingFisher...... It was lush. Fecking expensive though.......£9.00 :) |
I roasted a free range chicken (stuffed with a lemon and some thyme) had some swede and carrot mash and garlic courgettes. Made a nice gravy by de-glazing the pan with white wine.
Total cost about £8 for two. Enough chicken left for a curry tomorrow and making stock with the bones as I type :D |
