Mentalist on M23 on saturday
 

I was travelling down the M23 to Seaford on Saturday at relative snails pace as I was following the in-laws in a hired white van. First of all I noticed a Golf on the hard shoulder and then unbelievably a stupid T**T running across the 3 lanes on the other carriageway with a petrol can under his arm. How he reached the central reservation in 1 piece I don't know. As far as I'm concerned he deserved to die for being a complete tool but he could quite easily have caused a major pile up as cars swerved to avoid him.
As I passed I could see his car parked up on the hard shoulder on the other carriageway. If I had his number it would have been an immediate call to plod

Who would have ignored this as it is difficult to prove, and then done you for using a mobile whilst driving.

Agree that the guy was a loon. Darwinism will get him soon though. :)

Think I saw the counterpart to this on MK IV's Uk website. Some nobber who ran out of fuel and nearly caused an accident on the M23. Have a look and see if you can find him!
