Swissol question

Hi

I'm a long term Swissol user & need some more stuff. I found that Mark Underwood is no longer involved & have a question.

I used to use Mark's wheel cleaner which I spray on, agitate with a wheel brush & then hose off. I see the Swissol have a wheel cleaner, can anyone tell me how to apply this?

Try using Zymol. Same results and readily available.

Pretty much the same procedure mate. You can afford to dilute it; what they send is more concentrated than you need, unless you're starting from scratch. What's worth doing though, is to wax the wheels once they're spotlessly clean - then you won't have to use anything stronger than their normal Car Bath for ages....

PM spam received in response to this thread from Ramxxxxx who has 0 posts.

You may be interested to know that we have a huge range of products available called 'Race Glaze'.

Whatever type of cleaning product you want, they make it. The waxes also have quite a high % of carnuba wax in them. They also do a range of chamois leathers, interior cleaner, wheel cleaner, metal cleaners, the list goes on.

Drop me an email to james@ramxxxxx.com and I will send you a list of what they do and some details and prices.

Hope this helps.

I think Mark Underwood still sells the wheel cleaner as it was his own creation.

Visit www.performanceparts4u.com

Don't know about the Swissol Wheel Cleaner, but I got the Wax Wizards wheel cleaner (the orangey smelling stuff) along with the rest of my Swissol stuff from www.performanceparts4u.com. Very good stuff, the wheels on my Scoob looked like they had never been cleaned when I first got it, bit of work (and not hard either) with the cleaner and a stiff brush (also from www.performanceparts4u.com) they come up a treat. Use it regularly and you don't even need to scrub. Good stuff. Haven't used it in the engine bay yet but that will be due again soon (the www.performanceparts4u.com website gives good guides for use of all their products to). Only stuff I have used as good is Wonder Wheels which will corrode the wheel nuts (did on my last car not a Scoob) but then I still needed a brush and some elbow grease.

Got mine from www.performanceparts4u.com

the link for the wheel cleaner is http://www.performanceparts4u.com/pr...12,%2055,%2064)
First guy I had any dealings with in the Scooby community was Paul (Fulham71) at www.performanceparts4u.com and a very nice guy he is too. Delivery quick and the whole deal smooth and easy.

So are you saying you got it from www.performanceparts4u.com? ;)
