How can one deal with a scammer other than name and shame !:)

please can any1 tell me how to get satisfaction on this matter ( really fuming at the mom )
as the mods see fit to remove all my threads on this matter and the W**ker will not respond !

No - you read the T&Cs about posting on this forum and deal with it offline. This is not about protectiong people right or wrong.
