Number Plate Check Website?
 

Hi all

Not sure if I have put this in the right forum but I'm still looking for a car to replace the scooby. Ages ago there was a website that someone had found that allowed you to type in the number plate of a car and it would come up with basic info like how many previous owners and whether the number plate actually matches the car you were looking at, colour, type etc.

I've searches for ages but can't find it in here, can anybody help, this would be really usefull at the moment.
