Subaru Warranty - Change of Owner.
 

Bought the car two weeks ago, MY02WRX.
It has 1 years warranty and breakdown cover left, so i decided to get it transferred to my name asap.

I filled out all the Subaru Assistance criteria with my details and sent it off.
A week later, received a New Subaru Assistance Break Down Card and paperwork all in my name.

At the same time i sent the above off, i also sent off the warranty paperwork, so that it will be transferred into my name.
I am still waiting for this to arrive.

Does it normaly take this long ? Or does anyone know a number i can call to query this.

Hi mgg, don't think there should be any paperwork to come, they just needed your name and address.

Ahh, that might explain.
I just assumed they would send some sort of confirmation.

Oh well, touch wood, i wont need to use the warranty anyway.
