No one has answered you so I'll have a go.

I have a book called - Subaru Impreza by Brian Long. It is the complete reference book to every Impreza made so far up to and including 2003 model year.

It is very interesting and worth a read to cross reference any model that interests you.

The publisher is veloce and their website is www.veloce.co.uk.

Give a try to see if it is there. It has a front shot of a blue rally scooby on the cover.

I have the Haynes Book Titled "You & Your Subaru Impreza Turbo" by Chris Rees. Its really good and covers every model up to and including the 2001 'Bugeye' model and Subaru Rallying exploits. It also has a buyers guide, tuning and aftermarket parts and how to look after your Scooby Section.
