OMG Top Gear Like a Subaru.

Hi all
JC actually admitted that they, the presenters (including himself)thought the New Legacy Spec B was a particuarly good car. Especilly with all its Impreza bits on. Not only that, they managed a door clunking test, and it jolly well passed that with flying colours.

Well I never, Top Gear liking a Scoob

My Impreza doesn't clunk like that :D I bet those legy doors are heavy.

Sabine runs a Taxi service around the Nurburgring  in BMW and a VERY experience Driver

I think Clarkson did well :D being only 47secs slower than Sabine ;)

Thats pretty good for a driver who didnt know where he is going when he got there. It was great to see Clarkson trying, the program showed really well how challenging the track it is to learn. Great episode. :D

Sabine took me, Gossy & Julie out in our hire BMW 525 earlier this year what an experience :D

Having been there I think Mr Clarkson did rather well :)

GaryK 22 November 2004 09:52 AM

Yep another thoroughly entertaining episode!

Danny B 22 November 2004 09:55 AM

Just goes to show that the new Spec C must be fecking flying around there to do it in 8mins

That would be some driving.

New_scooby_04 22 November 2004 11:30 AM

That's no surprise. Top gear like Scoobies! Remember when JC tested the Evo against the Scooby and concluded that despite the evo being quicker on the track, the Scooby is the one he preferred. Richard Hammond felt exactly the same way.

They are also always harping on about how reliable the cars are!

Best

Very true and at <plug>£16 ish very good value for money ;) </plug> but any one who gets under 10 mins is doing well.

My first lap was just over 12mins IIRC. but at that speed spend more time letting the Faster boys through. In the under 10mins not so many.

Alan 81st was the Bently Camper van, LOL , Sorry Morgan :D Didn't it they have some bad luck and 'break down' on the last couple of laps otherwise may have got a better placing ;) IIRC
