Chav mods - which have you got?
 

Following on from the flamer kit thread, lets see how many of us have mods that appear to be the subject of debate on Scoobynet and weather the fitment of such mods makes you a Chav!

1 - flamer kit (100%All show)
2 - VTA Dump Valve (99% All Show)
3 - Induction Kit (90% All Show)
4 - Girt Exhuast (90% All Show)
5 - Stickers (100% All Show)
6 - Gold wheels (OE equipment? - we'll let you off)
7 - Mudflaps (Feel like Mr Solberg or to protect paint?)
8 - Washer jet lights (Anyone dare admit to such a crime?)
9 - Neons (Only gay in the Village)
10 - Hulking great rear wing (Other than OE equipment)

As you know Edd I also have plenty of non 'chav' mods, with 340ish BHP and loads of handling mods and brakes to match....

When you say big exhast, are you talking mega-drainpipe? As to get real power from a Scoob, you do need SOME sort of aftermarket exhaust. Is the Hayward & Scott one exempt?!

If it is, 0/10. When you *know* your car's fast, there's no need to shout it. ;)

about to buy no.2 - other than that none :D

Although my scoob is burberry colored...

2 and 4 if you count the original Scoobysport H&S full system which has added about (30-40bhp allegedly ;) bought for performance and noise )

S'OK mate, your no more chav than I :D its just that with all this "Your a chav because you have a flamer kit or a dump valve" I thought it would be fun just to see what the majority or people have done to thier cars. I deliberately didn't include suspension, brakes and "True" power mods as they mostly cannot be seen or heard so therefore not really in keeping with the "Chav" ethos.

All very tongue in cheek ;)

Speaking of Burberry, what's the paint code for that :D

But as a matter of fact, there is a Burberry-painted Vectra in the carpark outside. It's heading for Max Power Live, I think. Last week it was parked up against a new Rolls Phantom - wish I had a camera.

My gold wheels and huge rear wing are OE - so that just leaves mud flaps for me, and they're 100% functional. I work down a narrow, muddy country lane and my car gets totally covered in mud after just one day's commute if it's wet. Not ideal on a car three weeks old :D

Tuesday it gets some new handling bobbins and in all likely hood the front lights will get changed from the bugeye OE to the prodrive ones.
