ntsc gamecube to pal

i got a ntsc (jap) gc
since it first came out, with one game,.

its b+w on screen though (tv don't support ntsc)
is there anything to make it to pal compatable
ie. play pal games, and colour on tv?

You can play any region game using Freeloader.

Plus if you want to enable RGB on an PAL TV just do this.
