I'm buying a place that needs a bathroom moving upstairs and the walls and such around it creating.

It also needs a new kitchen, rewiring and central heating putting in.

Oh and redecorating.

Might be better getting some quotes from separate tradesmen for the kitchen, bathroom plumbing and electrical stuff mate, as a main contractor builder is likely to stick a margin on for any subcontractors that he sources.
