High Mileage Bugeye WRX - Things to look out for?
 

I've just bought a Standard UK 2001 WRX with high miles (100k). It's an ex-company car and has been very well serviced, but is there anything that I can expect to have to do to it soon, maintenence-wise?

How long do WRX engines generally last for? What about the turbocharger and transmission?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

i would expect the clutch and turbo to be pretty shot myself
if they havnet allready been replaced

My Classic has 153,900miles on it.. happened to look this morning..

front crank seal seems to go about 100k and you might find that goes..

Other than that they are pretty solid if looked after imho.
