Tuning Advice please?
 

I have an 02 sti-uk with ppp and I'm after a bit more power.

I had a chat with saomeone at Scooby Clinic and they recommended a decat exhaust and a Tek3 ECU remap. They reckon I should be looking at about 350bhp with this.

Its supposed to have 305bhp at the moment, so by my reckoning I can just get in the 10-15% increase bracket with Tesco's insurance, making it relatively affordable. So I am seriously considering doing it. Except... it'll invalidate the warranty :(

I was wondering if anyone taken this particular route with tuning?

And if so, was it worth it for the extra horses?

Also, any other opinions would be appreciated! My most adventurous 'mod' to date is an aluminium tax disk holder
