Help - Wiring Sti7 driving lights

Trying to fit PIAA driving lights to my Sti7 and would like some advice on the wiring.

I want the lights to switch off when I dip the headlights so would normally take a feed from the main beam circuit via the dashboard switch to the relay. On the Sti7 it appears that the main beam circuit is always live ?? ie power in the wires even when on dip. Where should I take the main beam/relay trigger from??

Also notice that the car has a prepared connector for the dashboard switch and twin spare wires with sockets below the headlights. Are these for fogs only or are they any use for driving lights?

Any advice gratefully received.
