Laser jammer testing by UKspeedtraps
 

Just gauging Interest to see who would like to have their jammer / detectors tested by Steven Warren the man who runs ukspeedtraps, he is a very expereinced tester and has reviewed and tested pretty much every piece of kit out there.

He can do testing in dartford in the south and Staffordshire for the north.

£30 each for 10 or more people, maybe cheaper if we get a good turn out.

Need a list of names and some date suggestions to get this organised.

i think you can test them for free with a camcorder

yes you can see the light being transmitted if you have a camera sensitive to IR, but how do you set the jammer off ?. To get it tested and make sure the jamming is 100% effective you need to use a laser gun.

Not sure, at the moment it looks likely to be the dartford one as prime 3 to 1 so far, but it can be arranged at staffs for a different day.

Test it on the motorway.. just wind the car up to 140 and wait for a Police car and a nice chap to come a test it :) ;)

Sorry yes it is Steve Warren not Graham, im useless with names hence why i keep my login so short. :)


What does everyone think about location Dartford is middleish if people are coming from south of the river. Going to Northhampton or Bedforshire allthough closer for me is probably a bigger trek for others.

I can only really do dartford tbh, so that works for me.

Ok im good with that, We will wait for a few others over the weekend then i will contact Steve :). For a date, He should do 5 for the same price.

The date for Staffs is the 21st November

is this ok for Ray_C and Houghton. If you confirm I will get the address details and times.

The Dartford date is tbc, Steven stays with a friend so has to organise some possible dates, will keep you posted.
