Funniest character in a film??

For example, my choice would be......

"let off some steam bennett"

lol F$cking class.

bad example then with bennet, what director puts an overwieght 2 cent has been aussie actor in a chainmail vest up against captian corny ( arnie ), as a serious role?

bennet was always going to be funny, maybe this guy is more like it..

DRAKE: Hey, Hicks...you look like I feel.

HUDSON: This floor's freezing.

APONE: Christ. I never saw such a buncha old women. You want me to fetch your slippers, Hudson?

HUDSON: Would you, Sir?

Or

BURKE: I suggest you study the disks Ripley has been kind enough to prepare for you.

GORMAN: Are there any questions? Hudson?

HUDSON: How do I get out of this chicken-sh*t outfit?

Simon.

Vince Vaughan and Jon Favreau are stopped getting in the club then Screech walks up:

[Outside of club, Dustin Diamond walks up]
Doorman : You look big man, you been liftin'?
Dustin Diamond : Hey thanks, yeah a little bit. I got a 6 pack, started out with a 40!
Jon Favreau : Did you just let SCREECH in the f*cking club?

...that had me in stiches :lol1:

-Edited to say the above is more of a funny 'moment' in a film

Bare in mind th ough, MJ. This was 1985......20 years ago. Benneet, a well built, Aussie hard man with a metal string vest was considered "ard". Now, it's simply funy.

Watch Commando again, he was intended to be a nasty b&stard but actually was a comedic character....nowadays anyway.
