SCREWBALL JOHN O GROATS TO LANDS END CHARITY RUN
hello guys and gals, just joined your site , , i am in the middle of organisin a run from john o groats to lands end, i already have a heap oh escort cozzys, evos, ect ect wantin to go, were leavin john i groats on june 30th (thursday), then drive down to Birmingham, then on the friday everybody is goin to max power live and stayin the night again, then on the saturday finish off the run, thats just a basic rundown of whats happenin, if any oh you lot are interested email me and i give will you more details neilowen31@aol.com
It is a charity run these are the charitys charity1- child advocacy international- helps kids in poorer countries get medical help and education, things like that. charity2- marie curie cancer care- picked this one too because 1 of the guys coming on the runs wife has breast cancer. 2 weekends ago i organised a wee trial run up to john o groats, it was an ace laugh, we stayed at a hotel and had a good piss up, we were stopped twice from the police, they said they were gettin reports on there radio that a load oh high performance vehicles were racin up the a9, there was plenty over takin and under takin action goin on cheers |

the police were ok with us, they just wanted to tell us to take our time on the roads up there cause there really windy, am hopin some of the scoobs from here will come along, its somethin different, also i have contacted guinness book of reckords to see if it would qualify for the record of the biggest convoy of modded motors from john o groats to lands end, fingers crossed

I don't want to be negative but how are you going to raise money for charity and how much?
For me to go to J.O.G., Lands End and back to Darlington will be around £300 in fuel plus wear and tare plus night(s) out. The idea of speeding up/down the A9 with bears in force does not appeal. What is the amount raised for charity in relation to the fuel expenditure and personal ar5ing about? |
