USB stick MP3 FM transmitter
 

Anyone ever used a device like this, if so is the quality of the audio any good ??

Think you will find they are illegal in the UK. However, I could be wrong. However, the usual about US sourced audio would stand i.e. frequency stepping and FM demphasis.
