Another TTG Specs Question.!

I don't know if i am doing anything wrong here, all the info i have read about installing the POIs Pocketgps UK Specs seems to be correct, as in I can see it as a POI Category on my tomtomgo, i can activate them and there is a little speaker next to it, meaning it should warn me 250 yards before the camera with a sound i have selected. I can even see the little Camera ICON on the map, but for all i have tried, it does not make any sound when im upon a speed camera. Any thoughts on this much appreciated thanks!

I have tried it both with Warn only if POI is on route ticked and un-ticked!!

One of the main reasons i purchased this sytem as well! :(

Pretty good stuff though all in all! :)

It does however warn me upon Mates houses, that I have added as a POI myself..

Do you have all three of the files activated to make a sound?

What sound did you choose for speed cameras ?

I guess you've done all this, but just in case:
(Select 'Maintain POI' and then 'Warn when near POI', choose which sort of POI e.g. 'pocketgps uk gatso', then 'No' to 'Remove Warning' if you get that prompt, then set the distance, then finally you should end up in 'Select a warning sound'. A lot of people choose the cash cow sound.

Also, you've got 4.40 on there instead of the version it comes with haven't you - the speed camera warnings aren't supported in the earlier version.

Sorry if the above is obvious - you never know ...
