Forester 2.5XT
 

I saw this has been recently launched and seems to fit most of my requirements, i.e. resonable performance, lots of space and some off-road capabilities (driving down to the lake where I go scuba diving)

Has ayone managed to try one of these out yet and what are they like to drive?

My local dealer should have a demo in stock soon but I'd like to find out any first impressions from people in the forum.

Hi,
I have taken one for a test drive today and was impressed. very torquey. Handled well as well. Much better than the S Turbo.
0-60 in 6 seconds is nor bad at all.
Ideal as a fun load lugger with attitude.
It easily hit the 100 in a short space.
Top motor.

NO, Still waiting for the emissions test and a DVLA inspection, I will post some pictures and opinions when it arrives.

Thanks, we're going for either the JDM STi or the UK 2.5 XT to run along with the WR1. We just haven't decided which one to go for.:confused:
