Frustration
 

Dealership (will keep their name quiet as they've been good other than this)
Call - "your Prodrive Performance Pack has arived can you bring you car in"
I take car in and they lend me a loverly fiesta.
"we'll ring you once its done early afternoon"
No calls
No calls
I ring "erm can i get John to ring you back as he's on another call".
I wait i wait and i wait some more (its now 4:00pm rush hour is almost upon us)
Phone rings - "hi erm there's a problem, they've delivered an STi one so we can't do it and we need the courtesy car so can you come and pick it up"

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Sh!t happens! This kind of thing usually happens to me. So I'm not the only one. :)
