Police Evo MR260 in Swindon...
 

I'm sure I saw a Police Evo in Swindon this afternoon....

Fully marked up, had pulled someone over near the Outlet, with light bar on the roof - the whole nine yards.

As I drove past it, I had a quick double take - That small spoiler on the back and the Evo grill at the front - Hmmmmmmm....... an MR260 if I'm not mistaken.

I used to see a few Scooby plod cars around - Stratford-on-Avon had one ages ago - but I can't recall seing any blob-eyes or Evos - especially not fully marked up.

Anyone else seen this before, or seen Evos being used by the plod???

I saw that one a few days ago, over by Cheney Manor Ind Est, I heard there was a white unmarked subaru around as well.

Saw this on Friday, had pulled over an A6 near swindon on the M4

Never seen a Police Evo or Subaru before - seen a bugeye paramedic Subaru however.

Saw a white bugeye by the Moonrakers on friday but it didn't look like old bill driving it.

The police have always said no to Evo's before because of the short servicing and small tank.

Looks like they may be trying a few.

Police around my way had a few Classic Scoobs marked and un-marked but these seem to have been replaced by T5's and Octavia vRS's

Local A&E consultant has a MY03 STi UK as a reponse car with green lights.

The police definately had at least one Evo 6 at some point, remember it being in Max Power :Whatever_ ..........i was young!
