Sports steering wheels w/ airbags?
 

are there any performance steering wheels which incorporate airbags, i have just purchased a Saxo VTS and wanted to change the steering wheel. remembering that the standard contains an airbag, also was hoping that i could get a new one with one in rather than disabling the sensor to fit one without.

any ideas?
