I'm not kidding. My Impreza STI has just lost to Fiat's little yellow hatchback.

Given the choice between the two, two car thieves decided to try and steel the Fiat instead of my Impreza? Some get away that would have been!! 55BHP Versus 280BHP????

Fortunately they were foiled by the std Fiat immob. but I am still surprised (and glad) that they left my STI alone. What is even more surprising, was that parked behind my girlfriends Fiat was also my brand new company Merc. (I wished they had damaged that as the Fiat will cost £500 to be put right) plus my neighbours 328 convertable and a VR6.

So if any insurance company workers are reading this, you now have proof that Impreza's are not as appealing as funny little yellow Fiats.

Please bare this in mind come November when my premium is due.


And if the two men who broke into the Fiat are reading this. I wish you could have just knocked on our door and asked for £250 cash. Would have saved us all time and effort (not to mention the fact the whilst it has taken a month for the Cinq. to be fixed my girlfriend has been clocking up the miles in my STI.......you owe me that too!!
