help please radio locked out on peugeot
 

as above, ive paid peugeot the £17.50 for the radio code so i know that. they now said they want another £17 to make the radio work, they seem to think its locked out ? does anyone on here know what to do or work for peugeot and would like to share their secret with me. the radio /cass is a standard pug type so i would like to keep this one if poss its a clarion. i've disconnected it at the moment from the battery and leaving it 24 hours to see if this will allow me to enter the code again.
