Denzel Washingtons watch.......

Film " Man On Fire ", the watch character " Creasy " wears.
I need the model number, I know its a 'G' Shock, help please.

A bit more info, where the light button is, instead of the 'G' logo it has LIGHT printed on it, the button is yellow, the face is round, and its unusully LARGE.

Cheers.

You like watches dont you Yoza?
Nah, he just keeps overwinding the automatic ones...!!! ;)

BB:)

yoza 19 September 2004 08:54 AM

Come on, you can do better than this, I suspect its a none Euro model.

My computer keeps crashing when I use E-bay, so my searching has been hampered.....

Ian_S 19 September 2004 12:21 PM

download the film and screen cap the watch, will make the search easier im sure

yoza 19 September 2004 06:42 PM

Yeah right, thats far too testical for me.

I congratulate myself everytime I successfully turn the computer on !

Ian_S 19 September 2004 07:55 PM

ill dowload it tonight and try and grab a pic tomorrow, any idea when it shows a good pic of watch in the film? rough time? beginning middle end?

gljam 19 September 2004 08:54 PM

It's about 10-15 mins into the beginning, he's just got the job as a body guard and is planning a route to the school for the first time :)

I may just be imagining it but as the church bells strike 6 his watch says 5.45....

... are you sure you really want one :D

yoza 20 September 2004 12:11 AM

Better still.......

About an hour into the film,(edited as not to spoil film) and puts a cheap pager watch next to the 'G' Shock, he counts down from 5 mins to zero, clearly showing the watch I require.

Thanks again.........

PS.. If you get the film out, ( or should I say watch it in the pictures ) its the best film Ive seen this year.

...........sorry, I wont spoil it. :)

yoza 11 October 2004 01:14 PM

Back up, now more people have seen it.....:)

ajm 11 October 2004 01:33 PM

Have you had a look here: http://www.gshock.com/

None have "Light" on the button as far as I can see, but maybe Casio refused to give them any money so they changed the button for for the film? ;)

yoza 11 October 2004 01:36 PM

From what I can gather, the ones with 'LIGHT' on the button are non-euro models.

All the more reason for wanting one....

lightning101 11 October 2004 01:37 PM

yoza 11 October 2004 01:41 PM

No.

More plain in the face, black resin case and strap, yellow lettering and 'LIGHT' on the illumination button.

It looks more military than joe public, if you get my drift.

close though Lightening thanks for the link.http://www.legends-inc-watches.com/prs400.html
